1. What we sell

We sell access to a software service, not downloadable digital files or software licences. What you receive is the ability to generate PDFs through your account for as long as your plan allows.

2. Your account and login security

You sign in with a Google account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us at digish24support@gmail.com immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One account is for one user; do not share account access.

3. Plans and credits

• Free — a one-time allowance of 30 credits, enough for 3 PDFs.
• Basic — ₹99 — 100 credits, enough to generate 10 PDFs.
• Diamond — ₹499 — lifetime unlimited access with no credit limits. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription; nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

Generating a PDF spends 10 credits. Previews are free. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged, sold or gifted. Upload size limits and any other plan limits are shown on our pricing section and may be adjusted for future purchases.

4. What “lifetime” means

Lifetime means unlimited access to the Service as it exists and evolves, for as long as we continue to operate it. It does not cover separate or unrelated products, brands or services we may launch in future, and it does not entitle you to third-party costs. Lifetime access is tied to the account that purchased it and is non-transferable: it cannot be moved, resold or shared with another person or account. If we permanently discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice where possible.

5. Payments, taxes and price changes

Payments from India are processed by Razorpay. International orders are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders; Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.

We may change prices, plan contents or credit rules at any time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the change and never affect a purchase you have already completed. Our refund position is set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive;
• use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, create accounts, or claim free credits repeatedly;
• attempt to bypass credit limits, plan limits, payment steps or any other technical restriction;
• probe, attack or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, or upload malware;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
• resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Service, or offer it as your own service, without our prior written permission.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, documents, logos, images and links you provide. You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including any PDFs and brand assets, and that generating a branded PDF from them does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to produce your PDF and operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and how you use the PDFs you create. If a rights holder contacts us at digish24support@gmail.com, we may remove content, restrict output, or suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

8. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, templates, icon sets, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under the plan you hold. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Availability, maintenance and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but access may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, improve or retire features as the product develops, provided we do not remove the core ability of a paid plan to generate branded PDFs.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where an account breaches these terms, is used abusively or fraudulently, presents a security or payment risk, or repeatedly violates our policies. We will act proportionately and, where appropriate, warn you first. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; PDFs you have already downloaded remain yours.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your unlawful or infringing use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law and general

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms and will change the date shown above when we do; continued use after an update means you accept it.
