Privacy Notice
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This notice explains how Digish24 ("we", "us"), operating https://digish24.com, handles personal data. We are the data controller for the information described below and decide why and how it is processed.
1. Information we collect
- Account and authentication data — your name, email address and the Google account identifier returned when you sign in, plus session tokens that keep you signed in.
- Content you upload or enter — PDFs and documents you upload, the text you type, your brand name, logo or profile image, and the social links you add to headers and footers.
- Payment and order information — plan purchased, amount, currency, date and the payment or order reference returned by our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials.
- Usage and analytics data — credits used, PDFs generated, feature usage and aggregate product analytics where enabled.
- Technical and log data — IP address, device and browser details, and error logs.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email.
- Cookies and browser storage — see section 5.
2. How we use it
- Delivering the service — creating your account, generating your PDFs, tracking credits and lifetime access. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Customer support — answering your questions and repairing account or payment issues. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Fraud prevention and security — detecting abuse, duplicate or fraudulent payments, and protecting the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Product improvement — understanding which features are used so we can improve them. Legal basis: legitimate interests (or consent where analytics cookies require it).
- Legal compliance — tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.
3. How uploaded files are handled
Files you upload are processed only to produce the branded PDF you asked for. Generation happens in your browser wherever possible, and any file data we handle is kept only as long as needed to deliver the result. We do not read, publish or share the contents of your documents, and we do not reuse them for any other purpose.
4. Processors we share data with
- Supabase — database, authentication and backend infrastructure that stores your account, credits and purchase records.
- Paddle — Merchant of Record for international orders, handling checkout, invoicing, tax compliance and buyer support.
- Razorpay — payment processing for orders from India.
- Hosting provider — serves the website and its server functions, and keeps operational logs.
- Analytics and error-reporting providers — where enabled, for usage statistics and diagnosing faults.
- Professional advisers and authorities — legal or accounting advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
These providers act on our instructions under contract, except payment providers acting as controllers for their own compliance obligations. Some of them operate outside India; where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session and run checkout. Any analytics cookies, where enabled, are used only to measure product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in and payment will not work without the essential ones.
6. Retention
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Uploaded content and generated output are not retained beyond what is needed to deliver your PDF. Logs are kept for a short operational period. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risk low and to respond quickly to incidents.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time; we will action it where legally permitted, retaining only what tax, billing or legal obligations require. Deleting your account ends access to any remaining credits or lifetime entitlement and does not create a refund.
To exercise a right or raise a complaint, email digish24support@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
